06. Alsatian Flammküchen (Original)

They use sour cream and onion as base and go without mozzarella cheese. Hand tossed thin crust taste more like a crunchy crepes so it does not stuff stomach with thick bread. Using curry marinated chicken cubes as topping, this particular dish opens our eyes to the new understanding of Pizza. And because certain customer sometimes would love to switch to the familiar taste, Wayne has got his team preparing the tomato base pizza as an optional choice.

 07. Aqua Panna (mineral water)

In order to really get into the layers of taste of these nicely prepared food, we drink only mineral water. And we were told that this light as a feather, pleasantly soft and velvety mineral water is actually collected from Tuscany, Italy, located at 3,700 feet high in serene Apennines Mountains. It is limpid and luminous, and you can really feel its pleasant and fresh taste.

If you want something stronger and relaxing, especially to go with the meat, you should get Erdinger Weissbier.

Its finest taste of wheat that comes from the carefully brewed process according to the traditional recipe is a total satisfaction. The foam and the refreshing taste of beer makes everything enjoyable and comfortable.

After the very out of this world satisfying meal, we were served with their signature desert. No meal is complete without dessert. The smoothness and the rich in cocoa flavor of this thick Belgian Mousse kicks in when the nicely cooked with syrup fresh pear wraps up the whole dining experience with perfection.

We asked what is the secret of this very very rich chocolate mousse because we realized there is something extraordinary. Denver the restaurant manager gave us a grin and say "it is the VSOP (Very Special Old Pale)".
